About the Role

This is not just an engineering leadership position. This is a co-creator seat. As VP of R&D at BrowZee, you'll lead all technological development — AI, backend, and browser. You'll define strategy, build the team, and ensure fast, focused execution across the stack.

What You'll Do

• Lead the entire engineering org across AI, frontend, backend, and browser
• Drive product–tech alignment, system architecture, and planning
• Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performance team
• Own execution velocity, security, and quality across releases

You Should Have

• Proven experience leading R&D or engineering teams (startup/scaleup)
• Strong background in either AI systems, browser infrastructure, or real-time backends
• A bias for action, ownership, and product-quality thinking
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity, speed, and autonomy
